Guide for Women in Nature & Business
Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Creator of Transformative Retreats

I guide women back to themselves—through nature, movement, and meaningful connection.

Whether we’re paddling along the wild coast, sitting in circle, or breathing together on a yoga mat, my work is about helping you reconnect with what matters most—and step into your next chapter with clarity, strength, and support.

My Path Here

My work didn’t begin in a studio or a retreat space—it began outside.

At 17, I spent two months on a canoe trip along the wild coast of British Columbia. That experience changed me. I fell in love with the simplicity of life on trip, the depth of connection that comes from shared experience, and the feeling of being truly alive in the natural world.

Since then, I’ve continued to follow that thread—of adventure, curiosity, and connection.

Over the years, I’ve worked with youth, guided outdoor experiences, and deepened my own personal practices in yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry. What I’ve come to understand is this:

So many women are craving space—

  • space to breathe

  • space to reconnect

  • space to remember who they are beneath all the roles they hold

And that’s the space I create.

What I Offer

Through Shift Adventure & Wellness, I create experiences that blend:

  • Nature-based adventure (kayaking, hiking, outdoor exploration)

  • Yoga and meditation

  • Women’s circles and meaningful connection

  • Play, creativity, and rest

From day programs to multi-day retreats, each experience is designed to support women in reconnecting with themselves, building confidence outdoors, and finding a sense of belonging—with themselves and others.

WHAT I BELIEVE

I believe that nature is one of our greatest teachers.

I believe that women are not meant to do life alone.

I believe in slowing down enough to actually feel our lives.

I believe that when women are supported, resourced, and connected—they become incredibly powerful.
