Full-Series Registrations Full-series registrations reserve your place for the entire series. Missed classes are non-refundable, and make-up classes are not guaranteed. Drop-In Classes Drop-in bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a refund or credit toward a future class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before class, as well as missed classes, are non-refundable. If Shift Cancels a Class If I need to cancel a class, you will be offered a make-up session, credit or refund for the affected class, as appropriate. Thank you for respecting this policy and helping me create a sustainable, welcoming space for everyone who practices with Shift.
